About Rosa Equity Collaborative

Rosa Equity Collaborative is a founder-led, community-centered consulting firm and teaching strategy lab that helps leaders, teams, organizations, and community initiatives build equity-centered strategies rooted in community wisdom, research, and accountability.

Our Focus

Rosa Equity Collaborative was created to support leaders, organizations, and communities doing the deeper work of equity-centered change.

This work is grounded in the belief that organizations cannot create equitable change without first learning to name power honestly, honor community wisdom, and realign their values with their daily practices.

Rosa Equity Collaborative brings together consulting, teaching, research, facilitation, public health practice, clinical insight, and community-rooted strategy. The firm supports organizations and individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level equity language and toward more accountable, relational, and sustainable change.
